A beautifully plated honey-glazed roast pork loin with a golden-brown crust, surrounded by caramelized apple slices and garnished with fresh rosemary sprigs. The dish is served on a rustic wooden table with a warm, festive ambiance.

1. Main Dish: Honey-Glazed Roast Pork with Apples

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork loin

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard

  • 3 apples, cored and sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Rub the pork loin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and mustard. Brush half the mixture over the pork.

  4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and surround it with apple slices.

  5. Roast for 1 hour, basting with the remaining honey-mustard mixture halfway through. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
