Sit quietly, feet upon the earth or the floor beneath you. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself surrounded by the green of ancient forests. Lig ort féin bheith ar do shuaimhneas, mar aon leis an nádúr. (Let yourself be at peace, one with nature.)
Feel the air, cooler now, crisp with winter’s promise, yet softened by the gentle rain that has blessed us. Imagine the rain, na braonta báistí úrnua, (the fresh drops of rain) washing over the land, sinking deep into the soil, carrying life and renewal wherever they touch.
Inhale deeply.
With your breath, feel the rain as if it were falling within you, quenching the dryness of your spirit. Each droplet awakens something new, a seed of hope, a spark of gratitude.
Exhale slowly.
Release all that is no longer needed—fear, doubt, or pain—let them flow away as streams of water returning to the earth.
Reflect on the gift of balance:
As the rain refreshes the earth, so does your soul drink of peace. Tabhair buíochas don bháisteach a thugann beatha nua don domhan. (Give thanks to the rain that brings new life to the world.)
Feel the temperate breeze, neither too harsh nor too mild, embracing you like the arms of the earth itself. Its gentleness whispers:
“Tá an saol i gcónaí ag athrú, ach tá an tsíocháin istigh ionat i gcónaí.”
(“Life is always changing, but the peace within you is always constant.”)
Sit for a moment longer, listening to your inner voice. Know that, like the earth around you, you are resilient and ever-renewing.
When you are ready, open your eyes and return to your day, refreshed by the rain and in harmony with the cycles of the earth.
Slán go fóill, agus go raibh síocháin an nádúir i do chroí i gcónaí.
(Farewell for now, and may the peace of nature be ever in your heart.)
