Feel the earth beneath you, solid and steady, grounding you in its strength.
Invocation
Call upon the spirits of healing:
"A naomh Déithe na hÍce, tabhair suaimhneas agus cothromaíocht dúinn."
(Holy gods of healing, grant us peace and balance.)
Feel the presence of this healing energy surrounding you, as gentle and vital as sunlight breaking through winter clouds.
