Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can feel the earth beneath you and see the sky above. If possible, sit near a body of waterβa stream, pond, or even a bowl of water placed before you. If indoors, position yourself near a window where you can observe the world awakening to mid-spring. Have a small stone or crystal to hold in your hand. Take several steady breaths, feeling your body settle into the present moment as the mid-April energy flows around you.
