Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where laughter might echo freely, perhaps near an open window where the spring breeze can carry your chuckles or outdoors where the birds might join your merriment. Bring something that makes you smile—a colorful flower, a pretty stone with a face drawn on it, or even a small mirror to catch your own grin. Sit comfortably, but perhaps a bit askew from your usual posture—after all, today is a day for breaking patterns! Place your hands on your belly, the seat of laughter.
