Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can see the spring sky and feel the earth beneath you. Settle your body on a soft cushion or blanket placed directly on the ground. Place a small bowl of water and a sprig of fresh herb or flower before you to represent the vitality of mid-spring. Allow your breath to deepen as you prepare to connect with both the invigorating energy of the season and the emotions that arise within you.
