Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can sit or stand with energy and alertness, preferably near an open window where the fresh spring breeze can touch your skin or outdoors where you can feel the vibrant awakening of the season. Bring a small bell or something that makes a bright sound, and if possible, a vibrant flower or colorful object that catches your eye. Take five energizing breaths, inhaling deeply and exhaling with a sense of anticipation, feeling the quickening pulse of spring filling you with vitality as we move deeper into April's embrace.
