Preparation
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit with your feet on the ground or lie down if that feels better. Close your eyes and begin to slow your breathing. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, release tension from your body. Let yourself settle into the embrace of the earth.
