As the final days of the year unfold, we pause to reflect with gratitude on what has been and to welcome the quiet renewal that comes with winter’s embrace. This is a time to honor the stillness, to release what no longer serves us, and to prepare our spirits for the light ahead.

Setting the Space

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a deep breath, feeling the air fill your lungs, then exhale slowly.
