Find a calm and comfortable space. Sit quietly, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension.

(Breathe in peace and release any stress.)

Feel your body settling, your mind calming, and your spirit grounding itself.

Invocation

Call upon the spirit of resilience:
