Setting the Space
Find a comfortable place to sit where you can feel at peace. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
"Mothaigh buíochas i ngach anáil isteach agus suaimhneas i ngach anáil amach."
(Feel gratitude in every breath in and peace in every breath out.)
Let your body relax and your heart open to the stillness of the moment.

Call upon the spirit of gratitude:
