Take a moment to find a quiet space where you feel safe and connected to the world around you. If possible, step outside and feel the earth beneath your feet. Breathe deeply, letting the air fill your lungs and calm your mind.
Opening Invocation (in Gaelic):
“Anam na Cruinne, èist ri m’ chridhe, èist ri m’ anail.
Lìon mi le gràdh, lìon mi le sìth.”
(Soul of the Earth, listen to my heart, listen to my breath.
Fill me with love, fill me with peace.)
Visualization and Healing Breath
1. Grounding:
Picture a great oak tree with deep roots anchoring you to the earth. Imagine these roots extending from your own body, reaching into the soil, drawing up strength and stability. Whisper softly:
“Is mise pàirt den talamh, is mise pàirt den chruinne-cè.”
(I am part of the earth, I am part of the universe.)
2. Breath of Healing:
Inhale deeply through your nose, drawing in the light of the sun and the freshness of the morning. Feel this breath as golden light filling your chest and soothing you…
