Find a quiet corner where you can be with yourself undisturbed. If possible, hold something smooth and cool - a stone or crystal. Let your body settle into a comfortable position, allowing any physical tension to be supported by the surface beneath you. Your pain need not be hidden here.

Tha mi a' gairm air MΓ thair na TrΓ²cair (I call upon the Mother of Mercy)

Air latha geamhraidh sΓ mhach (On a quiet winter day)

Far a bheil crΓ dh a' laighe (Where hurt lies)

Mar reothadh air loch (Like frost on a lake)

Feel how winter holds everything gently in its stillness. The Mother creates a sacred space where hurt can be acknowledged without judgment.

Body - The Tender Heart

A MhΓ thair, tha mo chridhe goirt (Mother, my heart is sore)

Mar gheug bhriste (Like a broken branch)

Fo cudthrom an t-sneachda (Under the weight of snow)

A' feitheamh ri leigheas (Waiting for healing)

Allow your hurt to be seen, like tracks in fresh snow. The Mother witnesses your pain with infinite compassion.
