Physical Setting: Find a place where you can see bare winter branches against the sky. If indoors, position yourself near a window where natural light filters through. Place your hands on natural wood or stone if possible, and let your feet be flat against the ground.

Let your breath align with the winter wind's whisper through naked branches. Feel the crisp February air, where winter still holds dominion but spring whispers promises beneath the frost. Draw your awareness to the sacred space between seasons.
