Emotional Focus: Healing
Physical Setting: Create a sacred space near a window or outdoors where you can observe the play of light and shadow. Have three items representing healing nearby: a bowl of pure water, a stone or crystal, and a living plant or winter branch. Position yourself where you can feel the earth's support beneath you and the sky's vastness above.
