Emotional Focus: Sadness
Physical Setting: Find a quiet place where you can witness the dawn or early morning light. If possible, position yourself where you can see water in some form - morning dew, frost melting, or have a bowl of water nearby. Choose a spot where you can be still and undisturbed with your emotions.
