Preparation
Find a quiet space, preferably outdoors or near a plant or natural element.
Bring a small bowl of water and a handful of earth or a stone to connect with The Mother.
Sit comfortably, with your feet firmly on the ground and your hands resting on your knees or over the earth.
Opening Invocation
Take three deep breaths, grounding yourself with each inhale and exhale. Speak softly:
"A Mhàthair, tha sinn a’ tighinn còmhla gus an talamh a shlànachadh."
("O Mother, we come together to heal the earth.")
Feel the connection between your body and the earth beneath you. Let your breath settle into a steady rhythm.
