Begin by planting your feet firmly on the ground. Close your eyes and imagine yourself as a tree, your roots sinking deep into the earth. Feel the ancient strength of the soil beneath you and the vast web of connection that links all beings.
Whisper to yourself:
"Is féidir linn maireachtáil, mar is féidir linn seasamh le chéile."
("We can endure, for we can stand together.")
Visualization of Protection
Now, turn your thoughts to those who may feel vulnerable or afraid. Envision a great circle of light forming around them, a shield that cannot be broken. See their faces filled with courage and their spirits bolstered by love.
Say aloud or in your heart:
"Tabhair dúiné daoine aeracha, trasinscneacha, agus uile an grá agus an chosaint a theastaíonn uathu."
("Grant all gay, transgender, and all persons the love and protection they need.")
Feel this light extending outward, growing brighter with each breath.
Chant of Empowerment
