Meditation of the Healing Waters
Heart's Ease - January 28th
Physical Setting
Find a place where you can sit or lie comfortably near running water - a small fountain, a bowl with flowing water, or even the sound of rain or a stream recording. Place one hand over your heart and one hand over the area that needs healing. If possible, have a blue or green crystal nearby to represent the Mother's healing waters.
Opening
[Picture yourself beside a sacred healing well, its ancient stones covered in soft moss. The sound of water dropping into its depths echoes like a gentle heartbeat. A fine mist hovers over the surface, carrying the Mother's breath.]

[Watch as the mist begins to glow with a soft blue-green light, reaching out to embrace you like gentle hands.]
