Meditation of Eternal Love

Sacred Memory - January 31st

Physical Setting

Create a quiet space where you can be undisturbed. If possible, hold something that connects you to your child - a small piece of clothing, a toy, or simply wrap yourself in a soft blanket. Have a white candle nearby to represent eternal light and love.

Opening

[Find yourself in a sacred grove where the snow falls so gently it seems to float. Each snowflake carries its own soft light, like countless tiny stars descending to embrace you.]

[See yourself seated beneath a great mother tree. Its branches reach up to the stars while its roots curl protectively around you. The space between earth and sky becomes a sacred cradle.]

Shining through the clouds
