Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can sit or stand near a window or outside, where the morning light of early spring can touch your skin. If possible, bring a small bowl of water to represent the life-giving spring rains, and a green plant or fresh spring flowers to symbolize new growth. Remove your shoes to feel direct contact with the earth beneath you. Place your hands palms up on your thighs, and take seven slow, deep breaths, feeling the growing vitality of spring entering your body with each inhalation
