Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can sit comfortably, preferably near a window where the spring light streams in or outdoors where you can feel the vibrant energy of the season. Bring something that represents movement and vitality—perhaps a feather, a small bell, or simply a ribbon that can flutter in the breeze. Sit with your back straight but not rigid, allowing energy to flow freely through your body. Place your hands palms up on your knees in a gesture of receptivity. Take three energizing breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling with a gentle sigh, feeling the quickening pulse of spring filling your being as the month of March comes to its completion
