Healing Through Late Winter's Transition
Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a quiet space near an open window or outdoors where you can feel the crisp late winter air. Arrange three objects before you: a small bowl of soil, a budding twig or early spring flower, and a vessel of clear water. Sit comfortably with your spine straight but not rigid. Allow your hands to rest palms up on your thighs, symbolizing your openness to receive healing energy from the earth. Take three deep breaths, exhaling fully each time to release any tension you're carrying.
