Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can witness the interplay of strength and softness in nature—perhaps near water flowing over stones, beneath a sturdy tree with delicate new leaves, or in a meadow where strong stems support fragile blossoms. If possible, have both a hard object (stone) and a soft one (feather, flower, or leaf) to hold during your meditation. Remove any constrictive clothing and ensure your posture allows for both stability and ease. Take a few moments to feel the ground supporting you while allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm.
