Physical Setting & Preparation
Find a place where you can witness the generosity of the natural worldβperhaps beneath a flowering tree releasing pollen and nectar, near a stream freely giving its waters, or in a meadow where plants offer food and shelter to countless creatures. If possible, bring two small objects: one to represent something you receive from nature (a stone, leaf, or feather), and one to represent something you can give (perhaps seeds to scatter or a biodegradable offering). Settle into a comfortable position that allows both groundedness and openness, with your hands relaxed and receptive
