This thirty-three-page clusterfuck of racial anxiety and imperial nostalgia doesn't just reveal the administration's priorities. It strips the fucking veneer off American foreign policy to expose what's always been underneath: a worldview where white European demographics must be preserved at all costs while the rest of the planet exists primarily as a resource depot for American extraction and a dumping ground for American military hardware <1>.

But what happens when the oppressor doesn't even bother to hide the oppression anymore? When they publish their racial hierarchy in official government documents and call it "strategy"?

The Gospel According to Shitsburger: Europe Must Stay White or Democracy Dies

Let me paint you a picture of how Donaldo Shitsburger's brain trust sees the world. Europe—beautiful, civilized, white Europe—faces not economic challenges or climate catastrophe or healthcare crises, but something far more terrifying to these racist fuckwits: "civilizational erasure."

That's the actual fucking language. Not economic decline. Not infrastructure decay. Civilizational erasure

The document claims Europe's problems stem from "migration policies that are transforming the continent," combined with "cratering birthrates" and "loss of national identities and self-confidence." Translation: too many brown people are showing up and not enough white babies are being born, and this keeps these shitstains awake at night sweating through their confederate flag sheets.

Here's where my stomach turns itself inside-fucking-out: the strategy explicitly warns that "should present trends continue, the continent will be unrecognizable in 20 years or less" and questions whether certain NATO members "will become majority non-European" and whether they'll maintain the same worldview as "those who signed the NATO charter"

Read that again, slowly. They're saying that when countries stop being majority white, they can't be trusted as allies. They're linking racial composition directly to political reliability. That's not dog-whistle racism—that's a fucking bullhorn.

THE RECEIPTS:

• The document dedicates entire sections to Europe's demographic "crisis" while framing migration as an existential threat to "Western identity"

• It explicitly states the goal is for "Europe to remain European" and "regain its civilizational self-confidence"

• NATO reliability is questioned based on projected demographic changes, not actual policy positions or military capabilities

The bitter irony? These same cocksuckers warning about European "civilizational erasure" built their entire empire on actual erasure—genociding indigenous populations, enslaving millions of Africans, and colonizing half the goddamn planet. The Western Hemisphere section reads like a fucking colonizer's wet dream wrapped in the language of "partnership." Donny TurdChomper has declared something called the "Trump Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine"—because nothing says "I'm totally not a dictator" like adding your name to 19th-century imperial policy.

Let's excavate this shitshow. The strategy states the U.S. will "deny non-Hemispheric competitors the ability to position forces or other threatening capabilities, or to own or control strategically vital assets" in the Western Hemisphere. Sounds reasonable until you realize this means treating sovereign nations like fucking puppet states.

The document explicitly calls for:

• "Sole-source contracts for our companies" in countries where the U.S. has leverage

• Efforts to "push out foreign companies that build infrastructure in the region"

• Military deployments "including where necessary the use of lethal force"

• Making countries "see us as their partner of first choice" while discouraging "collaboration with others"

Notice what's missing? Any fucking acknowledgment that these are independent countries with their own interests. The entire hemisphere exists to serve American security and economic needs. Period.

And Lorde's warning echoes through every paragraph of this neocolonial manifesto. These dipshits aren't even pretending to offer genuine partnership—they're demanding subordination dressed up as "cooperation."

The worst part—and trust me, it gets worse—is how transparent the economic extraction agenda becomes. The strategy tasks agencies to "identify strategic points and resources in the Western Hemisphere with a view to their protection and joint development" <1>.

Translation: we're making a shopping list of your shit so we can take it while calling it "partnership."

Africa: Where Two Pages Tell You Everything About How Little You Matter

Want to know how Trumpington De ShittyGobhole's team views an entire continent of 1.4 billion people? They gave it less than two fucking pages in a thirty-three-page document.

Europe gets five pages about their demographic "crisis." Asia gets ten pages about economic competition. The Middle East gets three pages. Africa? Here's your paragraph and a half, now shut the fuck up while we discuss your minerals.

The Africa section is breathtakingly blunt about what they want: "harnessing Africa's abundant natural resources and latent economic potential" through a shift "from a foreign aid paradigm to an investment and growth paradigm" <1>.

Cool, cool. So instead of the paternalistic aid model, we're moving to the paternalistic extraction model where American companies get "profits" from your uranium and cobalt while you get... what exactly? The privilege of being invested in?

THE PRIORITIES FOR AFRICA:

• "Energy sector and critical mineral development" as "immediate area for U.S. investment"

• "Profits for U.S. businesses" listed before any African benefit

• Terrorism prevention (because that's always the excuse)

• Less than 2 pages of attention in a 33-page document

Except this time, they're not even offering the pretense of cultural elevation. Just: give us your minerals, keep the terrorism down, and stay the fuck out of our way.

The Pattern We Pretend Not to See

The synthesis is fuck-all clear: We have a national security strategy that explicitly ranks human worth by racial category, treats entire continents as resource depots, and resurrects 19th-century colonialism under the guise of "America First" pragmatism.

Not "geopolitical realism." Not "hard choices in a dangerous world." White supremacist imperialism with a goddamn Executive Summary.

These same shitstains who claim Europe faces "civilizational erasure" from migration are the ones advocating actual erasure of sovereignty in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

The document:

• Demands Europe maintain white demographic majorities for "reliability"

• Treats Latin American countries as vassal states whose resources belong to American companies

• Reduces Africa to a two-page afterthought focused on mineral extraction

• Accepts authoritarianism in the Middle East while demanding democracy in white-majority Europe

What does it say that a government document in 2025 can state, without apparent shame, that demographic diversity threatens alliance reliability while resource extraction from Black and brown nations advances American interests?

Tomorrow, Donald BukakkeVictim will tweet some racist bullshit, Elon MicroPhallus will amplify it, Mike JesusFluffer will genuflect before both of them, and the same goddamn masses will scroll past another atrocity disguised as policy.

The question isn't whether this document is racist—it fucking obviously is.
