Sure can.

So go here > Hit your little profile button in the top right of the window:

Click on Manage Subscription

Then select the channels YOU DONT want updates to.

Doing this is invariably much quieter (because all you will get is whatever path emails you want.) Yes, I know The Politics path is noisy, so if you turn that off, always make sure to check in @ thistleandmoss.com front page for updates. :)
