When the President Pisses on the Constitution: Donald Turdburg's Contemptuous Middle Finger to Federal Courts
In a breathtaking display of authoritarian arrogance that has the entire judicial branch clutching their robes, Donald McStinkTrump has managed to achieve what no other sitting president in American history has accomplished: being on the verge of criminal contempt charges for openly defying federal court orders. Let that sink into your democracy-loving skull for a moment.
The Putrid Stench of Presidential Defiance
The judiciary isn't just pissed off – they're fucking livid. U.S. District Judge James Boasberg found "probable cause" to hold Trumpty McFartFace's administration in criminal contempt for their "willful disregard" of his court order barring deportations of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. The judge didn't mince words, saying the administration demonstrated "willful disregard" for his March 15 order to stop these deportations.
This isn't some minor bureaucratic squabble. This is the goddamn President of the United States deliberately telling a federal judge to go fuck himself.
The smell of constitutional crisis hangs in the air like a fart in an elevator. Boasberg wrote that the administration's "willful disobedience of judicial orders" without consequences would make "a solemn mockery" of "the Constitution itself." When a chief district judge uses phrases like "solemn mockery of the Constitution," it's time to pay fucking attention.
Déjà Poo: The Administration's Pattern of Judicial Disrespect
This isn't even the only case where Donaldo McFartson is giving the finger to the courts. In a separate but equally damning case, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis in Maryland said she would ramp up an inquiry into whether the administration violated an order to secure the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man wrongly deported to El Salvador.
The Trump administration's apparent strategy: Deport first, ignore court orders, and then hide behind bureaucratic bullshit. When Secretary of State Marco Rubio retweets El Salvador's President gloating about defying American court orders with an "Oopsie...Too late," we've entered uncharted constitutional waters. Judge Boasberg wasn't amused, writing that these "Boasts by Defendants intimated that they had defied the Court's Order deliberately and gleefully."
This is what happens when a shit-spewing narcissist who thinks he's above the law becomes president.
What Happens Next: The Constitutional Shitstorm Unfolds
So what the fuck happens when the President of the United States gets hit with criminal contempt? We're about to find out, and it's going to be messy.
Step 1: The Court Gives Trump One Last Chance to Clean Up His Shit
Boasberg gave Donny McButtstain's administration one week to submit a declaration explaining its plan to "purge" the contempt finding. That means "voluntarily obeying the court order" by giving the deported people the opportunity to challenge their removal through proper legal proceedings.
If The Don of Dung refuses this opportunity to wipe his ass clean of contempt charges, the court wants names. The administration must file a declaration identifying the person or people who "made the decision not to halt the transfer" of the Venezuelans, in spite of the judge's orders.
Step 2: Criminal Contempt Proceedings Begin
If Trump's administration continues its middle-finger approach to judicial authority, the court can initiate criminal contempt proceedings. As a final step, Boasberg raised the prospect that he could appoint an independent attorney to prosecute the government for its contempt if the Justice Department refuses.
This is where things get constitutionally shitty. Criminal contempt prosecutions are typically handled by the Justice Department—which Trump controls. It's like asking the fox to prosecute itself for chicken murder.
Step 3: Constitutional Crisis Reaches Breaking Point
If the president orders the U.S. Marshals (who are responsible for enforcing court orders) not to carry out contempt orders against an executive branch official, this would "flagrantly violate the statute charging the marshals to carry out court orders, as well as a norm unbroken since the 1800s that presidents do not defy federal court orders."
If Donald McStinkface orders his Justice Department not to prosecute or enforce contempt findings, we're in full constitutional meltdown. The system of checks and balances becomes a sad joke when one branch can simply ignore another with impunity.
The Punishment: Can a President Be Jailed for Contempt?
Here's where it gets juicy. What punishment could Donald Dumpstump face? Officials found in criminal contempt can face fines and up to six months in jail.
But there's a big, steaming caveat: The president may pardon people convicted of criminal contempt. He's done it before, pardoning Sheriff Joe Arpaio in 2017 after he was convicted of criminal contempt.
The courts aren't completely toothless, though. Judges have several options:
1. Escalating Fines: Courts can impose daily fines that keep growing until the administration complies.
2. Judicial Shame: Public condemnation from the judicial branch carries significant political weight.
3. Appointment of Special Prosecutors: If the DOJ won't prosecute, judges can appoint independent attorneys.
4. The Nuclear Option: While unprecedented, a judge could theoretically order the arrest of non-compliant officials.
The Pay-to-Shit System: How Rich Assholes Avoid Consequences
If this feels like we're entering an unprecedented constitutional clusterfuck, that's because we are. Criminal or civil contempt proceedings against the federal government for disobeying court orders are "complex and rare, and significant penalties even rarer."
When The Dumping Donald was a private citizen in 2022, he was held in contempt and fined by a New York judge for failing to produce documents in a civil probe of his business practices. Trump eventually complied after paying the fine. But now he controls the very mechanisms designed to hold him accountable.
It's the ultimate example of our two-tiered justice system. Regular people get thrown in jail for contempt of court, but when you're the President, you can apparently wipe your ass with court orders and face minimal consequences.
The Endless Loop of Presidential Impunity
The real tragedy in this constitutional shit-show is how it exposes the fundamental weakness in our system. When the executive branch simply decides to ignore judicial authority, our vaunted checks and balances reveal themselves as gentlemen's agreements rather than ironclad protections.
The courts can issue all the orders they want, but if the president controls the people with the guns and badges responsible for enforcing those orders, we're left with strongly worded judicial opinions that amount to little more than expensive toilet paper.
But that's not the end of this constitutional drama...
We need to be done with it. It's TREASON. It's always been TREASON. And it will never be anything other than TREASON. They're all guilty - the whole lot of them.
Project 2025 is a blueprint for coup d'etat. If this were Brazil, or South Korea, or Myanmar, Trump and his squad would be O.U.T. on their ears, sitting behind bars. How many second chances to wipe his ass clean of contempt does Trump (and the defiant members of Congress) get? They're sitting on an unlimited number of get-out-of-jail cards.
