There are two ways to do that: you can ‘Restack’ it (your subscribers should see that you've done so) or you can select the ‘Share’ option and post the link along with an introductory comment. You should find them on the floating toolbar that appears at the bottom of the article (the one with the ‘Like’ & ‘Comment’ icons before those two. That's if you're using the SubStack app, at least on a smart phone. I should think it'd be the same on a tablet, but I'm not sure it is if you're using a browser. In case you are and it is different, the restack icon looks like a circle made up of two curved arrows and the share icon looks like a ‘<’ character with a small circle at each of the three points. Awesome article the only points I would make is the Republican reverence of individualism is only acceptable if it conforms to their view of what an individual should be. Therefore it seems they actually value conformity and tend to attack and ostracize individuality.
As for messaging, I’ve always been in awe at how well they can do their messaging and stay on message as an entire chorus in a choir. It’s a strength of theirs backed by a lot of money and orchestrated by their media outlets of which they own and control most of.
