I'm going with congestive heart failure, as a guy who was caregiver to my mom, who had many of these symptoms, and spent her last year in a bed in the living room. I spent last year caring for a bed bound patient, emptying catheter bags, giving massive doses of diuretics to try and control the edema, and dealing with the slow decline of her mental faculties, this looks familiar. I'm also certain he has a lot of the same stuff. The final two months were the worst cause she completely lost it, tried to stab me with the cuticle scissors, ha, only spoons for YOU now! Trying to climb out of the bed, telling me she couldn't sleep there, this wasn't he house, and "who are all these people??" (There's only you and me here mom), it was the hardest thing I have ever done. - shudder -

I still believe that evil people rarely die. They don't get diseases, they are the disease.

Yes, this is all terrifying. But that terror is exacerbated by a Republican-owned media that pretends not only that none of this is true (don't tell me the members of the press don't see him decompensating and getting worse daily), but that he's a "strong leader" at all times.

Wendy, you make an excellent case! However, we need to be very careful! Even if he is short leashed, he can be extremely dangerous and do a tremendous amount of damage until his time runs out. We must be hypervigilant, and Re-double our efforts!

A lot of tarot readers/seers are independently reporting the same things -- heart failure, small strokes, drug problems, liver problems, dementia... you'd think his lifelong disregard and mocking of healthy lifestyles would catch up with him. Unfortunately, the orange nightmare seems to be immortal. What scares me is if Cheatloaf takes a dirt nap we're stuck with Vance -- younger, healthier, arguably smarter and with just as much disregard for the Constitution -- who will do whatever his Heritage Foundation minions want. The Christofascists will be cheering him on, believing that they can bring about the Apocalypse and force Jesus to come back. Goddess help us all...
