Thank you for this informative and eye-opening article. Although I was a "tomboy" who always wanted to be able to do the things the boys did as well as girly things, I never thought of myself as anything but female. I have never experienced gender dysphoria.

I can only imagine what it must be like. It's hard to imagine the pain someone suffering from this must feel. Thank you for describing it for me. I feel compassion for those who have to go through that, and I wish them happiness in their true identities.

and instead of people having empathy for the struggles of those experiencing GD or those that have started HRT to transition to their truest self they mock and villainize. Truly awful people πŸ˜‘πŸ€¬

Oh, I get it all the time.

People tell me I'm just not trying hard enough.

And I look at them and say "You mean the 1000s ive spent in wigs, makeup, dresses, clothes, chest enhancements and underclothes, and I still DONT make it? You think its fucking valid to tell me that?"

Honestly, at my age, those people can FUCK right off.
