As I said on the Live session last night, The meditations that I write are an aspect of trauma that I am trying to work through. Reading them it becomes obvious that the theme is my own internalized self healing. Healing of loss, pain, and even anger. That you find solace in it all means that Im probably doing the right thing by publishing them.
