I called an exterminator once in college because those guys cornered me in the bathroom and seemed to be into it when I'd stomp at them. The people at Terminix laughed when they heard the address--"We're not going to be able to get rid of them, but maybe we can get them more docile!"
Free tip: in certain locations, before renting, call the local exterminator and see if they laugh when you mention the address.

Is their neon sign a sign that they're part of a pedo ring?
