One more thing. Your great unions weren't destroyed by outsourcing, offshoring, wage stagnation, or inflation. They were destroyed by the unions themselves when the leadership told them they had to let Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and other minorities into the union. The average white union member defected to republican party over this and nothing else. Any union leader who didn't follow their members was destroyed. Integration destroyed the unions, but I guess you would use that as an argument to resegregate the unions like you've done to the democratic party.

All of you racists within the democratic party want to make excuses for your genocide of innocent people and treating poor minorities like shit. Minorities get all the blame for when the democratic party loses and the white trash get praised no matter what they do. I see democrats defending militia members supporting trump before they stop blaming minorities for losing. That's all some of the socialists and liberals live for: to deify the white working class to the detrimental of the backbone of your party. The white working class can never fail; it can only be failed by minorities. Got all of your words loud and clear.

I realize I run the high risk of getting incinerated for this, but as much as I love the prospects of a female including trans running for highest office in the land, I have deeper systemic things on my mind that bother me more than the face on the ticket.

- The machine. Everything runs on machines, especially corporate, which I know Really Fucking Well. Democrats have to organize like a machine with a goal, a way to get there that’s viable and includes people and process, and outcomes that have dates and hard measurements to determine whether the Way is working - or not - and if not, identify and iterate on what needs fixed to get those goals done.

- There’s way too much cat herding in the party. There either needs to be co-opting of the party or a mass demolition derby where the wandering intellectuals, the fiscal-don’t-give-a-shits, the ELITE-minded, the academics all SHUT THE FUCK UP and march to the tune of the goal of putting POINTS ON THE BOARD.

- The Dems or their co-opted party need to run the 2028 election like the military runs (before Hegseth fucked it royally): It has to be a system designed by GENIUSES and able to be executed by IDIOTS. I’m not saying that because “that’s how the Republicans do it”. I’m saying it because it’s empirically true. The Romans, when they ran things that way, got massive shit done in incredibly short periods of time. Aqueducts, anyone?

- Political and ideological differences need blown up and returned to a simple, max-5-point message everybody can agree with, something like, “Constitutional Republics Rock”, “No more corruption”, “Kill the incompetent from their jobs”, “Restore social safety nets”, “Stop the corrupt lobbying and return Congress to a place where representation By and For the people HAPPENS, FUCKING FULL STOP PERIOD.”

I am not crushing diverse opinions. I’m saying they have a time and place and need to be structured so that they can’t erupt in the middle of a precision campaign to reclaim the White House. Differences of opinion need eliminated from the mass media message and THEN the current billionaire funding people will come out of the woodwork to pay for all of it. For fucks sake, Harris got a $BILLION dollar campaign and LOST. What an organized, leadership-focused campaign could do with a billion bucks is unstoppable.

End of soap box. Thank you for your time. That is all.

As much as I think these choices would be the most beneficial, I know the USA. will not elect a female POTUS and vice. I would be very happy to have no one of them at the helm, at least. I'm still a Tim Waltz fan.

Well, Wendy, I suggest my 77 year old former congresswoman, Barbara Lee. She's now the mayor of Oakland, but she was the best congressperson during the years she served. I would also suggest as a vice-presidential candidate, Lateefah Simon, her replacement. I was dubious, but she's convinced me now, she's taken all the right positions. I know she's inexperienced, but she seems to learn fast.

I considered some of the older Senators....but I think the thing people want is fresh blood, fresh perspective....but Barb Lee is good peoples from what I know.

Frankly, I don't think you can't much fresher than Lee. She's the only member of either the House and Senate to vote against the illegal war of aggression in Afghanistan in October 2001.

The last three democratic nominees were Clinton, Biden, and Harris and the party has shifted to the right since November. The grassroots might want certain people, but who funds the party and controls its actual levels of power despise the grassroots. They probably think someone like duckworth is a Socialist when she's just another sellout. Even Bernie and AOC sold-out Palestine.

Sadly, if the dems nominate a woman, or a person of color, or a Trans person, they will lose in a landslide. I wish it wasn't so, but the effectiveness of the Republican onslaught about Trans women in sports really resonated. I do not see that changing in 4 years, regardless of how fucked Trump turns the country

Mayor Pete really needs to sit down, because the odds of a gay man being elected is about nil.

Alas, that is where the voters are. Sucks, but it is what it is.
