A few years ago I did a deep dive into the 7 mountain Christian belief system. I've never been the same.

This is a beautifully written reminder of the hypocrisy of the fake Christians who are trying to lie their way to absolute power. It’s basically a twisted heresy that they are promoting.

Wendy, this is the best. Great explanation of the Greek (remember, I don't have any familiarity with New Testament Greek.) What is the Aramaic script called?

Of course, at the core of all this, just like in the fictional Gilead, these people aren't actually Christians.

How can they be when almost every one of their actions and statements is a direct contradiction of the man Jesu ben Joshua's teachings, actions and lessons?

One thing that we should keep in mind here is that the most interesting thing about all this is that Donald Trump is in the Epstein Files. Say it often, say it everywhere.

A good name is more desirable than great riches;

to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.

2 Rich and poor have this in common:

The Lord is the Maker of them all.

3 The prudent see danger and take refuge,

but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.

4 Humility is the fear of the Lord;

its wages are riches and honor and life.

5 In the paths of the wicked are snares and pitfalls,

but those who would preserve their life stay far from them.

6 Start children off on the way they should go,

and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

7 The rich rule over the poor,

and the borrower is slave to the lender.

8 Whoever sows injustice reaps calamity,

and the rod they wield in fury will be broken.

9 The generous will themselves be blessed,

for they share their food with the poor.

10 Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife;

quarrels and insults are ended.

11 One who loves a pure heart and who speaks with grace

will have the king for a friend.

12 The eyes of the Lord keep watch over knowledge,

but he frustrates the words of the unfaithful.

13 The sluggard says, “There’s a lion outside!

I’ll be killed in the public square!”

14 The mouth of an adulterous woman is a deep pit;

a man who is under the Lord’s wrath falls into it.

15 Folly is bound up in the heart of a child,

but the rod of discipline will drive it far away.

16 One who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth

and one who gives gifts to the rich—both come to poverty.

Proverbs 22 1. I do not crack open scripture often, but found this on a bookmark given to me by a wise old friend, long passed - and a priest.

Proverbs 22 1: Nivchar shema me'osher rav, u'mikesef u'mizahav chen tov

Translation:

"A name chosen over abundant wealth, and favor better than silver and gold."

(My translation MIGHT be a tad off).

This ancient wisdom cuts through the glittering facade of material wealth like a blade through silk. The Hebrew word shem (שֵׁם) doesn't merely mean "name"—it carries the weight of one's entire reputation, the invisible currency that outlasts the clink of coins. The verse contrasts the temporary shine of kesef (silver) and zahav (gold) against chen tov (good favor)—a fragrant reputation that perfumes every interaction. While riches corrode and crumble, a sterling character becomes an inheritance that enriches generations, its value multiplying like compound interest in the human heart.

Quite a piece, and it answers my question of about an hour ago:

Q: "Is 08:30 too early for martinis?".

A: "Nope, not today it isn't. Might as well start the weekend early."

Oh, hell. Where did that one come from? Isn't Project 2025 enough? Martin Luther must be twirling in his grave. He wanted people to read the gospels for themselves and this is what they came up with? Who knew that evolution would produce big brains that didn't quite work. If God really did create Heaven and Earth, he must have gotten bored by the time he got to humans. Do you think praying for a do-over would work??

It is the background of Project 2025. Their wet dream is dissolving the US government entirely and putting the whole mess under Old Testament Bible law. Has been being preached in Evangelical and Pentecostal churches for decades. I used to attend them. Ugh. 🤦‍♀️

Christians don’t care about the truth of their religion. They are power hungry fucks who want to control and oppress. They will twist scripture to mean whatever they want it to mean. Unless there is a way to stop the hijacking of the Bible’s content, the bastardized will continue.

This is so true,some of these people take one random part of a verse and turn it into a pretzel to make it mean whatever suits them.

The vast majority of them break more of the rules in the Bible than anyone else who are openly atheists do.They don't even try hard to do so.

No they do not, they only care about what they can control. And or exacerbate....The 2nd Coming. That is at core what they want. They want to make Jesus suddenly appear and wipe away all their problems, like complete Dumbasses.

It’s enraging but you’re right. It’s not enough that they want to live by their perverted mythology (which I’m not even sure they believe themselves given their own covert perversions) but everyone else has to as well. Then they make it that THEY are the ones being discriminated against and the Supreme Whores go along. (Check out Leah Lipman’s book “Lawless” if you have the stamina and the stomach.). But you’re so right - it’s a control mechanism (not a real religion or way to enlightenment).
